Requirements

The guidelines given to us for this project for Ness Bus Tours were to create a responsive website design that increased booking rates and conversions. We chose WordPress to build the site in.

The design had to encompass the company’s branding and logo colours. As well as being simple for users to operate and navigate through. A page with a summary of all the company’s tours features prominently on the site. The homepage has a slider showcasing images of the tours. The website is configured with a CDN (content delivery network) to serve the content faster. An SSL certificate is installed on the domain to ensure it is secure. Showing a green padlock in the browser so it’s users know it is safe.

In early 2019, the Ness Bus website was redirected to the Hairy Coo website as part of a re-branding exercise by this client. So the Ness Bus website we previously designed, is no longer active on that domain.

We’ve used Primal Space to design, host and maintain three websites for our brands; The Hairy Coo, Ness Bus and Haunted History Bus tours. For each, Blair has created an effective design which is easy for our customers to navigate. For us, the ease of use/user experience was the most important aspect. Our customers love the fact that within a few simple clicks, they can understand the services we offer, view our products and make a secure booking/purchase. Additionally, Blair is always very quick, helpful (and patient!) when we have any adjustments needing to be made to the sites. Would definitely recommend to any other businesses and individuals.”
